 1. Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the More Than Sunday School website, Kajabi-hosted subscription areas, parent community, emails, downloads, and the From Eden to Eternity curriculum and related materials (collectively, the "Service").

More Than Sunday School ("we," "us," or "our") owns and operates the Service. By purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Single-Family Household Curriculum License, and any additional policies posted by us.

1.1 Who the Service Is For

The Service is intended for adult parents and legal guardians who want to use Christian curriculum with children living in their own household. The online account, parent community, checkout, and member areas are for adults age 18 and older only. Children are not permitted to create accounts, access the online community, post content, or submit personal information through the Service.

The curriculum may be used by the subscribing parent or legal guardian with children who live in that same household, subject to the Single-Family Household Curriculum License below.

1.2 Description of the Subscription

The Service is an online subscription-based curriculum membership for From Eden to Eternity. The subscription currently costs $29.00 per month until canceled. We may also make a free sample week or preview content available. A free sample week is not a free trial of the paid subscription unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

New subscribers begin with access to Week 1 and receive access to six (6) weeks of curriculum at the start of the paid subscription. After that, curriculum releases are scheduled to drip open in sequence, generally four (4) weeks at a time every four (4) weeks, until all thirty-six (36) weeks are released to that subscriber. You retain access to released curriculum only while your paid subscription remains active, except for student workbook pages you are permitted to download and print for your household as described below.

1.3 Adult Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not share your login, allow another household to use your account, or make the Service available to any church, co-op, group, class, school, ministry, or other organization without our prior written permission and a separate licensing agreement.

If we reasonably believe your account has been shared, misused, accessed by children, used outside the permitted household license, or used to copy or redistribute curriculum or community content, we may suspend or terminate access immediately without refund and reserve all legal rights and remedies.

1.4 Subscription Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds

Your subscription renews automatically at $29.00 per month until canceled. By purchasing, you authorize the monthly recurring charge using the payment method you provide through Kajabi or the applicable payment processor. Taxes, if applicable, may be added.

You may cancel at any time through your Kajabi account settings or by contacting us at the email address listed in these Terms. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund charges that have already been processed. Access continues until the end of your current paid billing period unless your access is terminated earlier for violation of these Terms.

No refunds are issued once a billing charge has been processed, including for accidental renewals, unused access, non-use, failure to download permitted student workbook pages, disagreement with our Statement of Faith, disagreement with biblical or theological teaching, curriculum style, cancellation mistakes, or failure to cancel before the renewal date.

1.5 Downloadable and Non-Downloadable Materials

Only student workbook pages that we expressly make available as downloadable or printable may be downloaded, printed, and kept for personal single-family household use. You may print student workbook pages only for the children living in your household.

Teacher workbook pages, the main hardcover curriculum content, videos, recordings, member library content, community content, live session materials, and other non-downloadable materials are platform-access materials only. They may not be downloaded, printed, copied, screen-recorded, photographed, reproduced, distributed, shared, uploaded, adapted, or saved after cancellation unless we expressly permit it in writing.

1.6 Single-Family Household Use Only

Your subscription is for one single-family household only. It is not a church license, Sunday school license, co-op license, classroom license, group license, school license, ministry license, tutoring license, daycare license, online group license, or commercial teaching license.

Use by friends, cousins, extended family members, neighbors, homeschool pods, co-ops, churches, ministries, schools, classrooms, paid groups, unpaid groups, group studies, shared drives, or public presentations is strictly prohibited unless we approve it in writing and a separate licensing payment agreement is reached.

1.7 Parent Community

The community is for adults age 18 and older only. Community posts may be visible to all active community members. You must not post personal information about children, including full names, addresses, photos, videos, medical information, sensitive family details, or any information you do not want other members to see.

Screenshots, copying, reposting, forwarding, recording, summarizing for outside groups, or sharing any community content outside the community is prohibited unless we give specific written permission. We may moderate, remove posts, suspend access, or terminate accounts to protect privacy, safety, intellectual property, and community integrity.

1.8 Statement of Faith and Faith-Based Content

More Than Sunday School provides Christian curriculum. Our Statement of Faith is posted on our website, in the community, or otherwise made available to subscribers. You are responsible for reviewing the Statement of Faith before subscribing and determining whether the curriculum is appropriate for your household, beliefs, church context, and children.

Differences in doctrine, theology, denomination, interpretation, teaching style, biblical conclusions, or our Statement of Faith are not grounds for refund. Nothing in the Service replaces Scripture, parental discipleship, local church involvement, pastoral counsel, or your responsibility to evaluate content for your household.

1.9 Certificate of Completion

We may provide a certificate of completion after completion of the thirty-six (36) week curriculum. The certificate is not academic accreditation, school enrollment, a transcript, a diploma, state approval, proof of legal homeschool compliance, or professional credential. Parents and guardians remain solely responsible for homeschool compliance, recordkeeping, testing, reporting, and legal requirements in their state or jurisdiction.

1.10 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share, sell, transfer, loan, or disclose your login credentials.
  • Use the Service for any church, co-op, school, class, ministry, group, paid group, online group, or multi-family setting without written permission and a separate license.
  • Copy, download, print, photograph, record, screen-record, scrape, upload, distribute, or reproduce any non-downloadable curriculum materials.
  • Upload any materials to Facebook groups, Google Drive, Dropbox, church portals, co-op websites, shared drives, online forums, AI tools, or any other outside platform.
  • Use our curriculum, videos, worksheets, systems, community posts, or materials to create derivative works, competing products, teaching guides, summaries, trainings, prompts, or AI-generated content.
  • Defame, harass, threaten, exploit, or invade the privacy of More Than Sunday School, our instructors, members, families, or any third party.
  • Post children's personal information or allow children to use the community or member areas.
  • Attempt to bypass access controls, download restrictions, security measures, drip schedules, or platform limitations.

1.11 Termination and Enforcement

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms, shared access, misused materials, disclosed community content, infringed our intellectual property, harmed another member, breached privacy, failed to pay, initiated an improper chargeback, or otherwise created risk for us or the community.

Termination for violation does not entitle you to a refund. We reserve all rights and remedies, including injunctive relief, damages, recovery of fees and costs where available, takedown notices, platform reports, collection actions, and legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.

1.12 Third-Party Platforms

The Service is hosted and sold through Kajabi and may use third-party services for payments, email delivery, hosting, analytics, security, file storage, and customer support. Your use of those platforms may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, processing delays, or errors outside our reasonable control.

1.13 Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific spiritual, educational, family, academic, behavioral, business, financial, or homeschool outcomes. Your results depend on your household, schedule, implementation, beliefs, child readiness, and many factors outside our control.

1.14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service during the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, even if we were advised such damages were possible.

1.15 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless More Than Sunday School, its owners, team members, contractors, moderators, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, unauthorized sharing, infringement of intellectual property, privacy violations, community misconduct, or use of curriculum outside the permitted household license.

1.16 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Polk County, Florida, or the closest court with proper jurisdiction. You agree to resolve disputes individually and not as part of a class or representative action, to the extent permitted by law.

1.17 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted unless a later date is stated. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

1.18 Contact

Questions about these Terms may be sent to [email protected] or mailed to 4798 S FL Ave #144, Lakeland, FL 33813.

 2. Subscription, Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

This policy is intended to make the recurring subscription terms clear at checkout and throughout the member experience.

2.1 Subscription Price and Renewal

The current subscription price is $29.00 per month until canceled. By purchasing, you authorize us and our third-party payment providers to charge your payment method monthly on a recurring basis until you cancel. Your billing date is generally based on the date of purchase or the schedule shown by Kajabi.

There is no annual plan at this time. We may offer promotional pricing, coupons, or new plans in the future. Any promotional price applies only as stated at the time of purchase.

2.2 No Free Trial

We may offer a free sample week or free preview content. That free week is not a free trial of the paid subscription unless we expressly label it as a free trial. The paid monthly subscription begins when you complete checkout and agree to the recurring charge.

2.3 Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through your Kajabi account or by emailing us at the address listed above. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your next billing date. If you email a cancellation request, we recommend doing so at least two (2) business days before your next billing date so the request can be processed in time.

Cancellation stops future charges. Access continues until the end of the then-current paid billing period unless access is terminated earlier for violation of the Terms.

2.4 No Refunds Once Billed

Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. We do not issue prorated refunds or credits for unused time, missed content, non-use, failure to cancel before renewal, accidental renewal, expired access, cancellation after billing, platform notifications, theological differences, Statement of Faith disagreement, teaching-style disagreement, curriculum pacing, or failure to read the Terms before purchase.

2.5 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Kajabi or the payment processor may retry the payment. We may suspend or terminate access until payment is resolved. Failed payments, canceled cards, chargebacks, or unpaid balances do not grant additional access.

2.6 Access After All 36 Weeks Are Released

After all thirty-six (36) weeks have been released to you, your subscription continues for ongoing access to the library, released curriculum, community, updates, and member resources until you cancel. You will continue to be billed monthly until canceled.

2.7 Price Changes

We may change pricing in the future. If a price change applies to your existing subscription, we will provide notice as required by applicable law or platform requirements before the changed price is charged.

2.8 Chargebacks

If you have a billing issue, contact us first. Improper chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of access, loss of community privileges, collection of unpaid amounts, and our pursuit of available remedies. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

 3. Single-Family Household Curriculum License and Anti-Sharing Policy

This policy is the core license for the curriculum. It should be displayed or linked at checkout and inside the member area.

3.1 License Granted

Your active paid subscription grants you one limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use From Eden to Eternity and related materials for personal, non-commercial, single-family household use only.

Single-family household use means use by the subscribing parent or legal guardian with children who live in that same household. It does not include friends, cousins, neighbors, extended family, another family, co-op members, church members, students, clients, paid attendees, ministry participants, or any other person outside the subscribing household.

3.2 Permitted Use

You may:

  • Access released curriculum inside the platform while your subscription is active.
  • Use the curriculum with children living in your own household.
  • Download and print student workbook pages that we expressly mark as downloadable or printable, solely for the children living in your household.
  • Keep downloaded or printed student workbook pages for your household records after cancellation.

3.3 Strictly Prohibited Use

Unless we give written permission and a separate payment agreement is reached, you may not use the Service or curriculum for:

  • Churches, Sunday school classes, children's ministry, youth ministry, vacation Bible school, Bible clubs, or ministry groups.
  • Homeschool co-ops, homeschool pods, cottage schools, microschools, schools, classrooms, daycares, tutoring centers, paid classes, unpaid group classes, online groups, or shared curriculum libraries.
  • Friends, cousins, extended family, neighbors, another household, or any group of children not living in your household.
  • Public teaching, group teaching, public display, screen sharing, live-streaming, recording, reposting, summarizing for outside groups, or group distribution.

3.4 No Copying, Sharing, or Redistribution

You may not copy, upload, distribute, post, email, text, share, resell, lend, transfer, sublicense, translate, adapt, reproduce, screen-record, photograph, scrape, summarize, or create derivative works from the curriculum, teacher materials, videos, recordings, community posts, lessons, member resources, or any non-downloadable materials.

This includes uploading or sharing materials through Facebook groups, Google Drive, Dropbox, Kajabi communities, church portals, co-op websites, online classrooms, YouTube, social media, messaging apps, shared drives, cloud folders, AI tools, or any other platform or file-sharing method.

3.5 Group Licenses

If you want to use the curriculum in a church, co-op, school, ministry, group, classroom, or any setting outside one household, you must contact us at [email protected], explain the intended use, and receive a written quote and written permission before using the curriculum. We may approve, deny, or condition group use in our sole discretion.

3.6 Enforcement

Unauthorized sharing, copying, group use, or disclosure is a serious violation. If we discover or reasonably suspect a violation, we may immediately cancel access without refund, remove community access, revoke permissions, issue takedown notices, contact platforms or payment providers, and pursue legal remedies.

You acknowledge that unauthorized sharing or disclosure of curriculum, teacher materials, community content, member content, or intellectual property may cause irreparable harm for which money damages may be inadequate. We reserve the right to seek injunctive relief, damages, recovery of profits, attorneys' fees where available, and any other remedies permitted by law.

 4. Parent Community Guidelines

The community is designed as a parent-only space for questions, encouragement, updates, community interaction, and curriculum-related support. These rules protect families, privacy, and the curriculum.

4.1 Parent-Only Access

The community is for adults age 18 and older only. Children may not access the community, create accounts, post, comment, upload assignments, share photos, or submit information. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring children do not access the community through the parent account.

4.2 Visibility and Privacy

Community posts may be visible to all active members. Do not post anything you would not want other members to see. We ask members not to post personal information about children or family members, including full names, addresses, photos, videos, prayer requests containing sensitive details, medical information, legal issues, discipline issues, or private family matters.

4.3 No Screenshots or Outside Sharing

Screenshots, copying, recording, reposting, summarizing, forwarding, or sharing community posts, comments, member names, member questions, or community content outside the community is strictly prohibited unless we provide specific written permission. This rule applies even if the content seems harmless.

4.4 Respectful Conduct

You agree to communicate respectfully. Harassment, threats, defamatory statements, gossip, public accusations, personal attacks, spam, self-promotion, solicitation, divisive conduct, or attempts to stir conflict may result in removal or termination.

4.5 Faith Discussions

Questions about biblical teaching may be discussed respectfully, but the community is not a debate forum. We reserve the right to remove posts or end discussions that become divisive, hostile, repetitive, or outside the purpose of the community. The Statement of Faith sets the theological framework for the curriculum.

4.6 Moderation

We may moderate, edit, hide, delete, move, or close posts and comments at our discretion. We may suspend or terminate access for behavior that violates these rules, threatens privacy, undermines safety, infringes intellectual property, or harms the community.

4.7 User Content License

When you post in the community, you grant us a limited license to display, store, moderate, and operate that content within the Service. We will not intentionally use your private community posts in public marketing without permission, but we may preserve records, review posts for moderation, remove content, respond to issues, or use de-identified information for support, safety, legal, or operational purposes.
